Living with earthbound spirits is not healthy even if they are trying to help us. Even the well intentioned ghost, a parent or loved one, trying to help us, actually hurts us. They are unhealed spirits in chronic pain, unable to help as they intend. We may feel their unhealed emotions, develop their diseases, or just suffer misfortune from their negative energy. Instead of pushing them away as many ghost busters do, I heal them. Sometimes they just have things to say to loved ones, don't know how to let go, or need help to forgive themselves or others. Every earthbound spirit, no matter how dark, and even if they do not wish to heal, can be healed and sent to the light. From the other side, from heaven, they can return and actually help us.

If some of our ancestors are ghosts, it affects our energy and our overall happiness. Epigenetics has proven how we inherit our ancestors pain (see More About BEST). Healing the ancestors, sending them to the light, helps us feel better, even healing or preventing our own illnesses in some cases.

I saw my first ghosts as a teenager. Then as a young adult, I lived in a haunted house where the roommates heard voices and would come home to all the windows and doors open on a regular basis. In that beautiful home I felt tormented and depressed. I always felt the spirits in the canyon near my cabin in the mountains of Santa Barbara, a prior home of a 10,000 year old Native American village. After working as a BEST Practitioner, I was guided to do my BEST work on these earthbound spirits in this canyon sending them to the light. After that, I would ride my horse through the mountains and he would stop and snort, showing me the ghosts that I would then heal. My practice has now developed worldwide.
